Job Description

  1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
  • Identify and approach potential customers, vehicle dealers, importers, exporters, freight
  • forwarders, and logistics companies.
  • Generate new leads through online research, social media, business directories, referrals,
  • and networking.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential customers.
  • Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  1. Sales & Business Development
  • Promote PGL Shipping services to new and existing customers.
  • Explain company services, shipping processes, and advantages to prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Assist management in identifying new markets and business opportunities.
  • Support customer onboarding and relationship management.
  1. Marketing & Brand Awareness
  • Increase awareness of PGL Shipping services in target markets.
  • Promote the company’s website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Share Company updates, shipping offers, and service information with potential customers.
  • Help strengthen the company’s reputation and visibility in the market.
  1. Market Research
  • Research target countries, ports, vehicle dealers, and importers.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and services.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in the vehicle shipping industry.
  • Provide market intelligence and recommendations to management.
  1. Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain professional communication with customers.
  • Build long-term business relationships.
  • Ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Gather customer feedback and report it to management.
  1. Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
  • Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
