Job Description
- Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential customers, vehicle dealers, importers, exporters, freight
- forwarders, and logistics companies.
- Generate new leads through online research, social media, business directories, referrals,
- and networking.
- Build and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Sales & Business Development
- Promote PGL Shipping services to new and existing customers.
- Explain company services, shipping processes, and advantages to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Assist management in identifying new markets and business opportunities.
- Support customer onboarding and relationship management.
- Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Increase awareness of PGL Shipping services in target markets.
- Promote the company’s website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Share Company updates, shipping offers, and service information with potential customers.
- Help strengthen the company’s reputation and visibility in the market.
- Market Research
- Research target countries, ports, vehicle dealers, and importers.
- Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and services.
- Identify trends and opportunities in the vehicle shipping industry.
- Provide market intelligence and recommendations to management.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Build long-term business relationships.
- Ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Gather customer feedback and report it to management.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Track sales opportunities and marketing results.
- Report achievements, challenges, and market feedback.
